This is a great opportunity for an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse to join a fantastic Mental Health team. This is an exciting opportunity for a Registered Mental Health Nurse who is passionate & compassionate about delivering quality care to enable people to live the best life possible in the comfort of their own home. You will be joining an award-winning company at a great time in its development as it expands its complex care & clinical services across the Northwest of the UK. We will consider applications for full or part time. **Please note this is a regional role meaning frequent travel will be required between branches across the North West.** The role will involve: (but is not limited to) Conduct assessments with new clients and creating bespoke care plans alongside our registered managers. Supporting in the safe mobilisation of POC out with the community Provide practical & theory training in clinical areas for support staff to POC for our clients. Review and monitor care packages on to ensure they adhere to CQC regulatory standards ie regular MAR auditing & reporting Work collaboratively with clients, family, other professionals and interested parties to enhance the quality of care delivered and offer support to our clients, managers and staff as needed.
