Base pay range
Excellent rates of pay with Β£15.50 to Β£16.00 per hour, with weekly pay days, holidays, and pension. This equates to a rolled up hourly rate of Β£17.89 β Β£18.47.

Responsibilities
- As a Night Residential Children\βs Support Worker, you will work with a dedicated team to provide care and support to the children and young people in our homes.
- Provide emotional and social support: Build meaningful relationships with the children and encourage interaction with peers and adults within the community.
- Promote positive life choices and independence: Support children in making positive decisions and achieving levels of independence appropriate to their age and abilities.
- Daily living support: Assist children with daily living needs in accordance with care plans, including activities, appointments, and education.
- Domestic duties: Conduct household tasks and involve the children when appropriate, including planning, shopping, and preparing meals to ensure a varied and balanced diet.
What We Need
- Previous experience of working with challenging behaviours is required.
- Minimum of NVQ Level 3 in Residential Child Care or prepared to work towards.
- Experience of working with children/young people, ideally those with EBD needs.
- Night shift availability; full and part-time on a 12.15-hour shift pattern.
- Driving licence is preferred but not essential.
- The position is subject to satisfactory references and enhanced DBS checks.
