£14.00 to £14.50 per hour plus pension and Holiday Pay (rolled up pay rate of £16.16 to £16.74).

The Role
- Support people of all ages with personal care (washing, dressing, continence support)
- Medication and meal preparation
- Household tasks and daily routines
- Encouraging independence and providing companionship
- With 6 months of experience, opportunities to work in Complex Care (e.g., spinal injuries, neurological disorders, respiratory needs with training such as tracheostomy care, PEG feeding, postural support)
- Children\’s Support – personal care, emotional support, and daily assistance for children and young people with complex needs
- Mental Health Support – practical and emotional support to help manage routines, reduce isolation, and build confidence
- Candidate Assessment Programme (CAP) during onboarding for those without prior experience
Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Willing to work flexible hours, including alternate weekends
- Enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references
- For Complex Care, Children\’s or Mental Health duties, at least 6 months\’ hands-on UK care experience
