Alcedo Care is seeking a Full‑Time Field Care Supervisor for its North Yorkshire office. Salary: £33,000 per annum.

Role

As a Field Care Supervisor you will work closely with field carers and the Registered Manager. You will be the main point of contact for staff and clients, delivering supervision and mentorship to new carers, checking their competencies, and ensuring best practice is followed at all times. You will also conduct regular visits to clients in the community to confirm they receive high‑quality care and are satisfied with the service.

You Will Be Responsible For

  • Supporting care planning and care assessments
  • On‑call duties on a rota basis shared with other office members
  • Supervising and undertaking spot checks with care workers in the field
  • Providing high‑quality care in accordance with current best practices, policy and procedures
  • Assisting with other office tasks such as medication management and scheduling

What We Require

  • Level 3 NVQ in Health and Social Care or relevant experience
  • Computer literacy
  • Availability to work weekdays and alternate weekends
  • Full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle
  • Company‑paid DBS processing until 31 December 2025
  • Paid 2‑day training programme
  • Referral bonus – earn £500 for every successful referral until 31 December 2025
