Excellent Complex pay rates from £14.75 - £15.25 per hour PLUS HOLIDAY PAY & PENSION. This equates to a rolled up hourly rate of £17.03 - £17.60!

We are looking for Complex Support Workers or experienced Care Assistants to provide outstanding support and care to children and young adults with various complex needs within their own homes in Workington/Whitehaven and surrounding areas.

This role includes supporting individuals with a range of needs including:

  • Autism
  • Challenging Behaviours and Learning Difficulties support
  • Clinical Intervention
  • Peg feeds, Tracheostomy care, Clinical suction
  • Positive behavioural support
  • Mental health support
  • Personal care and toileting
