Base pay range

Join Alcedo Care North Yorkshire as a Mental Health Worker working within the area of Settle.

Excellent rates of pay £14.00 – £14.50 PLUS Pension PLUS Holiday Pay (equating to a Rolled Up pay rate of £16.16 – £16.74).

Responsibilities

  • Provide compassionate, person-centred support to individuals living with a range of mental health conditions.
  • Help clients maintain daily routines, manage emotional wellbeing, and access community resources.
  • Promote independence and dignity; offer practical assistance and emotional encouragement in clients\\\’ homes.
  • Support people to build confidence, reduce isolation, and achieve personal goals.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 6 months experience within a UK care setting.
  • Due to the nature of the role, including personal care, unsupervised work with vulnerable individuals, and the need to work flexible hours including late evenings and night shifts, applicants must be aged 18 or over.
  • This role is subject to an Enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references.
