We’re looking for Complex Care Support Workers with previous experience in Complex Care to provide outstanding care in Wirral.

Our nurse-led complex care team is looking to build a permanent team to support a complex care package in Wirral.
Hours will depend on the package.
- MUST be flexible.
- MUST hold a Full UK Driving Licence and have access to your own vehicle.
