Join Alcedo Care as a Home Care Worker in Southport & Ormskirk, also covering Skelmersdale. Excellent rates of pay £13.00 to £14.00 PLUS pension PLUS Holiday Pay (equating to a rolled up pay rate of £15.01 to £16.16). Immediate interviews available – let’s fast-track your application! Expected average hours – 20 to 40 hours plus per week. Shifts are flexible where possible and we also have opportunities for short shifts or 12-hour shifts days or nights.

Responsibilities
- Support with personal care including continence care, washing and dressing.
- Assist with medication, meal preparation and helping with household tasks.
- Promote residents’ independence and bring a sense of joy to those you support.
Qualifications & Requirements
- You do not need previous experience to join our team, as all training is provided to boost your skills and confidence.
- Due to the nature of the role, including personal care, unsupervised work with vulnerable individuals, and the need to work flexible hours including late evenings and weekends, applicants must be aged 18 or over.
- This role is subject to an Enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references.
