As a member of the Alcedo Care team, you will play a crucial role in providing support and assistance to all ages, including children, young people, and older clients at different stages in their care.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting a client in developing life skills and participating in community activities to enhance their overall quality of life.
- Helping clients with ongoing rehabilitation to enhance their daily lives and support them to remain independent.
- Working with client groups with a variety of mental health diagnoses or long-term health conditions.
- Recording accurate and detailed notes to support the ongoing assessment of clients' care needs and required support.
