Base Pay & Benefits
- Pay £13.40 to £15.75 per hour (equivalent to rolled‑up pay £15.47 to £17.89)
- Pension, holiday pay and a £500 referral bonus (subject to T&Cs)
- 2‑day paid training programme
- Company‑paid DBS until 31 December 2025
- Enhanced bank holiday rates

Responsibilities
- Personal care (washing, dressing, continence support)
- Medication and meal preparation
- Household tasks and daily routines
- Encourage independence and provide companionship
- Support complex care (tracheostomy, PEG feeding, postural support), children’s support and mental health support when trained
Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Flexible hours, including alternate weekends
- Enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references
- 6 months hands‑on UK care experience required for Complex Care, Children’s or Mental Health duties
