As a Home Care Worker, you'll support people of all ages with personal care (washing, dressing, continence support), medication and meal preparation, household tasks and daily routines, and encouraging independence and providing companionship.
Specialty Opportunities (after 6 months experience)
- Complex Care – supporting individuals with conditions such as spinal injuries, neurological disorders, respiratory needs. Training includes tracheostomy care, PEG feeding, postural support, and more.
- Children's Support – providing personal care, emotional support, and daily assistance for children and young people with complex needs.
- Mental Health Support – offering practical and emotional support to help individuals manage routines, reduce isolation, and build confidence.
Induction Training
No prior experience? That's okay. Our Induction Training will give you the skills and confidence you need.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Willing to work flexible hours, including alternate weekends
- Enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references required
- For Complex Care, Children's or Mental Health duties we require at least 6 months' hands-on UK care experience.

Compensation and Benefits
- Excellent rates of pay £13.40 to £15.25 PLUS pension PLUS Holiday Pay (equating to a rolled up pay rate of £17.03 to £17.70).
- Pay rates are broken down into specific client categories: Domiciliary: £13.40-£13.90 Complex: £14.75-£15.25.
