Registered Area Manager to oversee services across Dudley and the surrounding areas.

Our client delivers high-quality, person-centred complex care services and has established an excellent reputation among commissioners, case managers, healthcare professionals, and private clients.

Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a commercially minded and relationship-focused leader to drive the next phase of development within the region.

The Opportunity

This role would suit an experienced Complex Care professional who combines strong operational leadership with a proven track record of growing services and developing strategic partnerships.

We are particularly interested in speaking with candidates who have established relationships within the healthcare sector and experience working collaboratively with:

  • Integrated Care Boards (ICBs)
  • Healthcare Professionals and Clinical Networks

The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding the service, increasing referral opportunities, and strengthening the organisation's presence within the complex care market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day operational management of services in accordance with CQC regulations and company policies.
  • Drive business growth across the region through effective networking, relationship building, and business development activities.
  • Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with commissioners, case managers, ICBs, Continuing Healthcare teams, and other key stakeholders.
  • Identify new opportunities for service expansion and increased referrals.
  • Promote the organisation's services to healthcare professionals, commissioners, and funding bodies.
  • Support and develop operational teams to ensure the highest standards of care are consistently delivered.
  • Monitor service quality, compliance, and performance against agreed KPIs.
  • Ensure care packages are delivered safely, effectively, and in line with individual client needs.
  • Oversee audits, quality assurance processes, and regulatory compliance.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and regional growth initiatives.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have

  • Extensive experience within the Complex Care sector.
  • Previous experience as an Area Manager, Regional Manager, Registered Manager, or similar leadership role.
  • A proven track record of growing services and achieving business development targets.
  • Strong existing relationships with commissioners, case managers, ICBs, Continuing Healthcare teams, and other healthcare stakeholders.
  • Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and quality standards.
  • The ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
  • Commercial awareness and a passion for delivering outstanding care outcomes.
