Job Overview
Join Alcedo Care as a Homecare Worker in our mobilisation service in a brand new exciting role working as part of our Mobilisation Team across all our branches. This role offers excellent rates of pay £16‑£16.50 plus pension and holiday pay (rolled up pay rate £18.47‑£19.05). You will work in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment, providing hands‑on care and support during the early stages of new services across our branch network. You will be part of a responsive, solution‑focused team where flexibility and adaptability are essential, and every day brings something new.
Key Responsibilities
As a Homecare Worker within our mobilisation service you will:
- Provide hands‑on care and support during the early stages of new services to ensure clients receive person‑centred, high‑quality care without delay.
- Perform clinical tasks such as manual cough assist, bowel management, spinal support, PEG and tracheostomy care, continence, medication and mobility support.
- Apply CPI (Restraint and Breakaway) and mental health training as required.

- £250 welcome bonus after successful 3‑month probation review

Qualifications
- Minimum NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent qualification)

- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential due to travel requirements)
- A flexible and adaptable approach to working across multiple branches
