Join Alcedo Care Bury as a Care Assistant working within the areas of Bury, Rochdale and Whitefield. We offer excellent rates of pay (£13.40 - £14.40 per hour) plus Pension and Holiday Pay (equating to a rolled up pay rate of £15.47 - £16.74). A free DBS check is available. Immediate interviews and fast-track application options are available. Expected average hours are 20 to 40 hours per week, with flexible shifts where possible, including short shifts or 12-hour day or night shifts. Responsibilities
- Deliver quality care to clients in their own homes, supporting independence and dignity.
- Provide personal care including continence support, washing and dressing.
- Assist with medication administration, meal preparation and household tasks as required.
- Promote the client’s independence and wellbeing, bringing a positive and caring approach.
Requirements
- Hold a full UK driving licence.
- Be medically fit to drive.
- Be willing to undertake appropriate checks in line with company policy.
- Applicants must be aged 18 or over and prepared for flexible hours including late evenings and weekends.
- This role is subject to an Enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references.
