Join Alcedo Care Trafford as a Care Assistant working within the areas of Sale, Salford, Stockport and Trafford. Excellent rates of pay Β£13.40 β Β£13.90 PLUS Pension PLUS Holiday Pay (equating to a Rolled Up pay rate of Β£15.47 β Β£16.05). We are offering a free DBS check! Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality care in clients\\\β own homes, supporting independence and wellbeing.
- Provide personal care including continence support, washing and dressing.
- Support with medication, meal preparation and helping with household tasks.
- Promote dignity, respect and safety during all care activities.
- Build trusting relationships with clients and their families.
- Communicate effectively with the care team to ensure consistent care delivery.
Driving and Location Requirements
- Hold a full UK driving licence.
- Be medically fit to drive.
- Be willing to undertake appropriate checks in line with company policy.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Individuals of all experience levels are welcome; no previous experience required as training is provided.
- Due to the nature of the role, applicants must be aged 18 or over.
- This role is subject to an Enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references.
