Beluga Rox is looking for an Adults/Residential Children's Training Manager to join our clients' expanding Learning and Development team. Our client is a multi-award-winning large care and support Group that offers a range of specialist complex care and support services. What we are looking for
We are looking for a passionate Adults/Residential Children's Training Manager to join our client's Learning and Development team. You will play a key role in shaping and delivering high-quality training and development initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and promoting best practice. Also supporting and providing training for our homecare teams delivering CQC regulated activities for children and adults within the community.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver blended learning interventions tailored to residential childcare and adults.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external training providers to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and compliance with Ofsted and CQC and health & safety standards.
- Provide expert advice on workforce development and training design.
- Provide a relevant qualification in training, learning & development, or train the trainer.
- Deliver learning and development projects.
- Understanding blended learning and the needs of children and adults in care.
- Communicate effectively, and have great planning, and presentation skills.
This role is office based within Warrington branch, but you will be required to travel across branches and homes network to meet the business needs.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in providing Ofsted Regulated Childcare Training or CQC requirements.
- Full UK drivers licence with access to own vehicle.
- Must be willing to travel across all the Northwest when necessary.
- Occasional travel may be needed across the organisation to support and deliver training in our homecare teams supporting children and adults in the community.
