The Role:

As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for conducting essential maintenance, preventative maintenance, and attending breakdowns to minimise downtime. You will also play a crucial part in developing our agility maintenance system and improving factory efficiency through innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform essential maintenance and preventative maintenance tasks.
2. Develop and maintain the agility maintenance system.
3. Respond to and resolve machinery breakdowns promptly.
4. Ensure all equipment meets the highest machine safety standards.
5. Manage and maintain critical spare parts to reduce downtime.
6. Improve factory Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) through process development and innovation.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Proven experience as a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer in a production environment.
2. Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical maintenance.
3. High standards of health & safety awareness.
4. A proactive and problem-solving approach with a passion for continuous improvement.
