We are looking for an experienced Structural Engineer to join our growing Structures team as an Associate / Senior Structural Engineer. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly capable Structural Engineer to work on a diverse range of projects including bespoke new builds, refurbishments, heritage structures and sustainable developments.
As a Structural Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering technically robust designs from concept through to completion, while supporting and mentoring junior engineers.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality structural designs as a Structural Engineer using Eurocodes and British Standards
- Produce calculations, drawings, reports and specifications
- Lead projects and manage programme, cost and sustainability objectives
- Carry out structural surveys and appraisals
- Coordinate with clients, architects and contractors
- Review and support the work of junior engineers and technicians
- Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (2:1 or above)
- Chartered or working towards IStructE or ICE
- 4+ years’ experience as a Structural Engineer
- Strong technical knowledge of steel, concrete, masonry and timber
- Confident using structural analysis software
- Full UK driving licence
- Competitive salary plus annual profit share
- 25 days holiday
