The Role
As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring both landlords and tenants receive a high level of service. You will handle day-to-day property management duties while ensuring all maintenance, communication and compliance matters are dealt with efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing enquiries from landlords and tenants via phone and email
- Handling rent arrears and maintaining clear communication with tenants and landlords
- Coordinating and managing property maintenance issues, liaising with contractors to ensure timely resolution
- Obtaining contractor quotes and gaining landlord approval for works
- Arranging and overseeing property inventories
- Managing tenancy renewals to minimise void periods
