The Role

  • As a Property Manager/ Lettings Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring both landlords and tenants receive a high level of service.
  • You will handle day-to-day property management duties while ensuring all maintenance, communication and compliance matters are dealt with efficiently.
  • Managing enquiries from landlords and tenants via phone and email.
  • Coordinating and managing property maintenance issues, liaising with contractors to ensure timely resolution.
  • Obtaining contractor quotes and gaining landlord approval for works.
  • Arranging and overseeing property inventories.

Previous experience in Property Management or Lettings is essential. Full UK driving licence required.
