Sales negotiator I am working with a well-established independent estate agent in Harborne who are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Negotiator to join their thriving team. Key Responsibilities of a Sales Negotiator: Conduct property sales viewings and showcase listings to potential buyers. Register buyers and qualify prospective purchasers. Provide regular feedback to vendors and liaise between buyers and sellers. Book property valuations and maintain strong client relationships. Cross-sell mortgage services and arrange solicitor referrals. Work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team. What We're Looking For: A proactive and results-driven attitude. Strong sales and negotiation skills within a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Ability to multitask and manage a busy workload effectively.
