About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated Repairs and Maintenance Administrator to provide high levels of administrative support to our customers and Repairs and Maintenance function. You will provide front-line information and administration to our customers, in line with our organisational values, aims and objectives.
We are looking for a caring, adaptable, professional and detail-oriented individual who is meticulous in their work, has a high standard of computer literacy.
We’re looking for someone with:
- A high standard of computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- An interest in social housing issues, with experience in front-line customer service, including handling telephone enquiries.
- The ability to accurately input and manage data in information systems and generate reports when required.
- Experience handling challenging situations with resilience, flexibility, and confidence.
- The ability to model positive behaviour and ensure that customers and colleagues feel valued and supported.
