Albyn Housing Society in Inverness is seeking a dedicated Housing Officer to deliver high-quality customer service to our tenants. You will manage an allocated caseload ensuring our aims, objectives and performance standards are met.
As part of the Tenancy Sustainment team you will help tenants move into their homes and support them through changes that may affect their tenancy, while working in a mix of office and remote settings with occasional site visits.
