Contract Terms: 35 hours per week (full time), temporary up to 12 months to cover maternity leave.
Salary: £32,320- £35,918, Grade G4-G1. Salary placing will normally be at the first point of the scale.
Location: Invergordon with hybrid working (weekly attendance to the office will be required).

About the Role
Albyn Housing Society is looking for a Property Maintenance Assistant to contribute towards the delivery of our voids and repairs programmes. This is a hybrid working position offering a blend of office and remote working.
As part of the team, the role will deliver high quality frontline services across all aspects of our day to day voids and repairs activities, including:
- Co-ordinating Technical Officer inspections
- Raising and tracking works
- Liaising with meter operators
- Maintaining accurate records to ensure smooth handovers and completion of repairs in line with performance targets

- Has excellent organisational skills and close attention to detail.

- Has a passion for good customer service.
- Has a background in property services such as facilities management, housing, construction or property management, health and safety or business administration.
