We are looking for a motivated and experienced Property Administrator to join Highland Residential. This is a great opportunity to play an important role in supporting the day-to-day delivery of our property management, sales, lettings and factoring services across the Highland region.

About the Role

As Property Administrator, you will provide essential administrative support to our Highland Residential team, helping to ensure our services are well organised, responsive and delivered to a high standard. You will be a key point of support for colleagues and customers, helping to manage enquiries, maintain records, coordinate information, support property-related processes, and keep day-to-day administration on track. This role would suit someone who enjoys variety, has strong attention to detail, and takes pride in providing a helpful and professional service. This position offers a mix of office and remote working, with regular attendance at our Invergordon office required.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, organised and confident handling a varied workload. You will be comfortable working with customers and colleagues, able to prioritise effectively, and committed to delivering a high-quality administrative service. You do not need to know everything about property services from day one, but you should bring strong administration skills, good communication, accuracy, and a positive approach to learning and supporting a busy team.

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and confidence maintaining accurate records.
  • A customer-focused approach, with good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and digital systems to manage information and support service delivery.
  • The ability to work well as part of a team while also taking ownership of tasks.
  • A professional, adaptable and solution-focused approach.
