Albyn Housing Society is seeking a dedicated Housing Officer to deliver high-quality customer service to our tenants and manage an allocated caseload to meet performance standards. In the Tenancy Sustainment team you will support tenants moving into their homes and help them adapt to changes affecting their tenancy.
The role requires knowledge of Scottish housing legislation, strong communication, and the ability to work both in the office and on site across the Highlands.
