We are looking for a motivated and experienced Property Maintenance Assistant to join our Property Services team for a temporary period of up to 12 months to cover maternity leave.
About the Role
Albyn Housing Society is looking for a Property Maintenance Assistant to contribute towards the delivery of our voids and repairs programmes. This is a hybrid working position offering a blend of office and remote working.
As part of the team, the role will deliver high quality frontline services across all aspects of our day to day voids and repairs activities, including co-ordinating Technical Officer inspections, raising and tracking works, liaising with meter operators and maintaining accurate records to ensure smooth handovers and completion of repairs in line with performance targets.

We’re looking for someone who
- Has excellent organisational skills and close attention to detail.
- Is a real team player who enjoys working with colleagues to deliver the best possible outcomes.
- Possesses good IT skills and is comfortable in the use of all Microsoft products as well as learning new systems.
- Has a passion for good customer service.
- Has a background in property services such as facilities management, housing, construction or property management, health and safety or business administration.
