Albyn Housing Society is seeking a proactive Senior Property Services Officer - Assets and Repairs to join the Property Services team, driving repairs performance and maintaining high standards across Highland homes. You will work with the Property Services Manager, supervise staff, manage contractors, monitor budgets and KPIs, and contribute to long-term investment planning, with some out-of-hours cover as required.
