We specialise in portfolio preparation for top global art schools as well as exploratory art programs for younger students, offering a unique, studio‑based learning environment across disciplines such as fashion, architecture, product design, and fine art.

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and highly visual Marketing & Content Executive to lead our social media presence and brand storytelling. This role is ideal for someone who is strong in visual design, content creation, and creative direction, with a deep understanding of platforms like Instagram and Xiaohongshu (小红书).

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation (Core Focus)
  • Design and produce creative posters, visuals, and campaign materials
  • Create short‑form videos, reels, and social media content
  • Develop content for:
  • Instagram (posts, reels, stories)
  • Xiaohongshu (小红书)
  • Website (visual + written content)
  • Translate brand ideas into strong visual storytelling
  • Familiar with AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Midjourney, CapCut AI, etc.) to enhance:
    • Content ideation
    • Visual generation
    • Copywriting
    • Workflow efficiency
  • Stay updated with emerging AI tools and trends in creative production
  • Social Media & Campaigns
    • Plan and execute content calendars and campaigns
    • Develop creative marketing concepts (e.g. launches, workshops, seasonal campaigns)
    • Optimize content for engagement and growth, for both English and Chinese social platforms
  • Brand & Creative Direction
    • Maintain and elevate Albus visual identity
    • Ensure consistency across all platforms
    • Contribute ideas for brand positioning and storytelling

    Requirements

    • Strong skills in visual design (Adobe Suite / Canva / similar)
    • Experience with video editing (CapCut / Premiere Pro / Final Cut / etc.)
    • Familiar with AI tools for content creation (e.g. ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.)
    • Understanding of Instagram & Xiaohongshu content trends
    • Good eye for aesthetics, layout, and storytelling
    • Proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to execute independently

    Language Requirement

    • Prefer candidate who is fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin)
    • Able to create and adapt content for Chinese audiences and platforms (e.g. Xiaohongshu)

    Bonus

    • Background in art, or design
    • Experience in education / creative industry
    • Photography / videography skills
