Albrighton Hall Hotel & Spa is an 87 bedroom hotel beautifully placed in the Shropshire countryside, with a full leisure club, health spa, meetings and events to complement the hotel's oak room restaurant and 1630 bar. A 4* hotel, perfectly situated for business and leisure, sat within 15 acres of gardens and woodland. Excellent service, quality foods and beverages and an overwhelming sense of teamwork are key to our success.
Role Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of weddings, conferences, meetings, and events held at the hotel.
- Liaise with clients to understand their event requirements and ensure a seamless experience.
- Prepare event proposals, contracts, and invoices for clients.
- Organize and arrange event logistics, including room setup, audio-visual equipment, and catering.
- Assist clients with event planning and offer creative suggestions for event enhancements.
- Proactive approach to sales, lead generation and service standards.
- Maintain accurate event records and provide post-event reports.
Key Requirements
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple events simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with clients and team members.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities to ensure events run smoothly.
- Customer service experience and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
