We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation within our establishment, ensuring a welcoming and hygienic environment for guests and staff alike. Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitise guest rooms, public areas, and staff facilities to the highest standards of hygiene and presentation.
- Change bed linens, towels, and replenish amenities as required.
- Vacuum, dust, mop floors, and ensure all surfaces are spotless.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to the management team.
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times to ensure a safe working environment.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good condition and organise storage areas efficiently.
- Assist with laundry duties when necessary, including washing, drying, and folding linen or clothing.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping, hospitality, or janitorial services is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently within allocated timeframes.
- Good organisational skills and reliability.
- Flexibility to work various shifts as required; weekend work may be necessary.
