DGA Group is seeking an ambitious, intellectually curious early-career professional to join our London office as an Associate within the Complex Communications Advisory (CCA) team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced and engaging environment, eager to build a career at the intersection of business, media, financial markets and politics.
As an Associate, you will play an important role in supporting clients and client teams with delivering timely and insightful analysis, helping the development and execution of communications strategies and campaigns, and the smooth running of accounts and projects. Responsibilities
- Monitoring and insight: Monitor company, sector, media and market news, and deliver actionable insights to clients and teams, often in real-time. Use AI, monitoring tools, and financial and news platforms to identify relevant developments and insights.
- Client engagement and advisory: Build a deep understanding of your clients and the world around them, through direct engagement, qualitative and quantitative research and competitor analysis. Help develop and execute innovative communications activities for clients, including across media, events and social platforms. Support seamless execution of client workstreams by managing logistics, action plans, and progress across key announcements, events, and campaigns.
- Business development and networking: Work on research briefs, creative brainstorms and pitches. Develop your own professional and wider internal and external network to support your client engagements, DGA Group and your own career development.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher or equivalent
