We are seeking to hire a Client Liaison Associate Analyst to act as a key link between Fund Managers and Albourne’s client-facing teams.

This role is responsible for managing ongoing communications, including email correspondence, updating fund statuses, and ensuring accurate and timely information flow from fund managers.

A core part of the role involves using Albourne’s proprietary manager portal to streamline communication and maintain up-to-date, high-quality data on Private Markets funds, supporting the needs of both Albourne and its clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with Portfolio Reporting analysts and other client-facing teams to understand key deliverables.
  • Establishing data room/portal access with fund managers.
  • Collaborate with the Asset Class Reporting analyst on data received from fund managers.
  • Coordinate with fund managers on client requirements.
  • Foster knowledge transfer within the company by working closely with other investment analysts.
  • Capture relevant fund status updates to ensure client deliverables are met.
  • Email and Document Management
  • Manage email communication across client requests.
  • Manage and store fund communication in the database, updating the status as needed.
  • Conduct an initial review of received data for accuracy.
  • Data Processing and Updating
  • Maintain tools and internal databases with up-to-date, clean, accurate, and current information (Fund Status, frequency, and Source).
  • Moat Space Management
  • Address managers’ queries about Moat Space, Albourne’s web portal for investment managers.
  • General Responsibilities
  • Adhere to deadlines set by both management and clients.
  • Participate in status update calls with clients and possibly investment teams.
  • Maintain extensive knowledge of the internal system and active testing.
  • Maintain relevant Share Point pages and seek optimal procedures.
