This role offers an exceptional opportunity for a commercially astute and market-facing leader to define strategy and establish a stronger industrial footprint across the UK and Ireland. The successful candidate will be expected to identify, develop, and grow opportunities across one or more key industrial sectors, including:

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute Albion’s industrial market growth strategy in line with wider business objectives.
  • Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities across agreed targeted industrial sectors.
  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships with contractors, consultants, end users, OEMs, and distribution partners.
  • Increase market awareness of the Albion brand and strengthen its positioning within the industrial sector.
  • Work collaboratively with sales, technical, and project teams to maximise commercial opportunities and deliver customer value.
  • Provide market insight to support product development.
  • Represent the business at industry events, exhibitions, and customer engagements across the UK and Ireland.
  • Identify emerging market trends to inform strategic planning.

Candidate Profile

  • Proven success in industrial valves or closely aligned industrial sectors.
  • Strong commercial judgement, with the ability to translate market insight into profitable growth.
  • A track record of building credible and lasting relationships.
  • Experience within one or more of the key industrial sectors highlighted above would be highly advantageous.
  • A self-motivated and resilient approach, with the confidence to operate autonomously and deliver results.
  • Professional presence, strong communication skills, and the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Full UK driving licence.
