At Albion Search, we have over 15 years combined experience recruiting for professional disciplines within the Construction, Civil Engineering, Residential and Fit Out markets on a national remit. Across each sector, we work with a mix of PLC/Listed businesses, national main contractors, regional contractors, sub-contractors and consultancies.
Due to growth, we are looking to recruit a Recruitment Resourcer/Account Manager to work within our successful Trades & Labour division. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business with a strong client base, repeat business clients and a healthy pipeline of roles to fill.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Sourcing Trades & Labour candidates
- Vetting/Reference checks
- Compiling reference lists for Consultants
- Oversight of timesheets & compliance
- Liaising with clients on candidate availability
- Managing labour for key accounts
This is an opportunity to get a good solid understanding of construction recruitment, gaining valuable experience, with opportunity to grow into a full 360 recruitment role, taking on your own sector within Trades & Labour.
