Albion Search are currently working with a regional house builder to appoint a Site Manager for a new development in Spennymoor. This development is predominantly open market sale with a small percentage of HA plots. The houses are traditional build, 2, 3 & 4 bedroom plots. The ideal candidate will have experience managing volume house building developments and will have worked closely with the NHBC.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Management of the build programme
- Management and oversight of trades & sub-contractors
- Inductions
- RAMS
- H&S
- NHBC Liaison
- Liaise with Sales
- Contracts Manager updates
- Ensuring the plots are delivered on time
You must have a valid and in date SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS card, along with relevant experience in volume house building.
