Albion Search are currently working with a regional house builder to appoint an Assistant Site Manager or a Site Manager for a 7 week contract in Wakefield. This will be helping to ensure legal completions are met, customers are moved in smoothly and plots are completed to a high standard. The ideal candidate must have experience in volume house building and be available from Monday 11th August. Roles & Responsibilities * Ensuring plots are ready for CML * Customer Care * Assisting the other Site Manager with daily tasks * H&S * Oversight of some sub-contractors * Helping with inductions * Overseeing trades You must have a valid and in date SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS as well as the above relevant experience.
