Albion Search are currently working with a new division of an established regional contractor to appoint a Site Manager on a permanent basis. The initial project is on the outskirts of Pocklington, working on a retirement village with bungalows. The client ideally wants someone who wants to grow with their business and progress with them. They have a wide range of projects in the pipeline, ranging from £1m to £10m in contract value. The ideal candidate does not necessarily need experience in retirement villages. House building would be beneficial, but they are looking for someone with a good rounded project experience, and most importantly, a willingness to grow with the business.
