Albion Search are currently working with a volume house builder to appoint a Site Manager for an 8 week contract in Northallerton. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing house building developments and will have worked with either the NHBC or Premier Guarantee previously.

- Management of build programme
- Ensuring CML's are achieved
- Inductions
- H&S
- RAMS
- Contracts Manager updates
- Management of trades & sub-contractors
- Liaison with Sales
- Customer Care
