Albion Search are recruiting a Site Manager for a permanent role on a project in Leeds City Centre. You will manage trades and sub-contractors, oversee build packages and ensure H&S compliance, inductions, and RAMS are completed, while liaising with Senior PM and attending progress meetings.
The ideal candidate will have multi-room project experience and a background with Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractors. SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS are required; black CSCS is advantageous.
