Albion Search are currently working with a regional house builder to appoint a Site Manager for a new build housing scheme in Hull. The ideal candidate must have experience with a volume house builder and strong knowledge on NHBC regulations. This is an ongoing position for the right candidate with a potential for temp to perm should you be looking for a permanent position.

- Manage the build programme
- Manage trades & sub-contractors
