Albion Search are currently working with a national main contractor to appoint a Finishing Manager to work on a Β£100m mixed-use residential scheme in Leeds. This project has further phases to follow and is working alongside a really strong management team. The ideal candidate will have experience on multi-room (BTR/PBSA) projects and have strong experience managing various internal and finishing trades.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Management of finishing trades
- Compiling snag lists using snagging software
- Reporting snags to Senior Management and rectifying
- Producing reports for the Project Manager
- H&S
- Attending weekly progress meetings
- Taking units from white box to handover on time & on plan.
