Albion Search are currently working with a regional social housing refurbishment contractor to appoint a Site Manager for a 6 week scheme in Chesterfield. The specific project includes Kitchen & Bathroom upgrades along with some retrofit, so experience in either is vital. They have on the books staff on both sides of the experience to bolster the management team.

- Manage H&S
- Management of the programme
- Inductions
- Client liaison
- Updating senior management via the in house app
- Working alongside the RLO/TLO
- Management of trades & sub-contractors
You must have a valid and in date SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS Card, along with the above relevant experience on either Kitchen & Bathroom upgrades or Retrofit projects.
