Albion Search are currently partnered with a regional house builder who are looking to appoint an Assistant Site Manager, for a temporary to permanent position in Hull.
The ideal candidate must have experience working in residential house building construction in an Assistant Site Manager capacity and be able to work as part of a strong management team.

- H&S
- Assisting the Site Manager with daily tasks
- Customer Care
- Ensuring plots are ready for CML\’s
- Oversight of some sub-contractor packages
- Site/Contracts Manager updates
- Inductions
You must have a valid and in date SMSTS/SSSTS, First Aid and CSCS Card. The client is looking at somebody coming on board from the 4th August on a freelance basis, with a view to going on the books in the coming months.
