Albion Search are currently working with a well-established electrical client looking for an electrician to carry out commercial and domestic work. This is a temporary position; however, there is the possibility of a temp to perm option for the ideal candidate.
Responsibilities include:
- Commercial work including 1st/2nd fix, containment and lighting.
- Electrical repairs, remedial works and maintenance within void social housing properties.
- Carry out testing and inspection in line with regulations.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical faults efficiently.
- Ensure work is completed to relevant safety standards.
- Use handheld devices to provide accurate records.
Requirements:
- 2391 or equivalent.
- Proven experience working within commercial and social housing.
- Full UK driving licence to travel around Yorkshire.
