Role responsibilities:
- Source and qualify candidates
- Pitching prospective roles to suitable candidates
- Arrange and prepare candidates for interview, relay feedback, close deals and conduct post-placement follow ups
- Update and create CVs, cover letters and provide other support relating to individual applications
- Actively network with candidates to obtain potential contacts & business leads
- Keep up to date with market news and events
- Participate in business development activities to win new business
The ideal candidate:
- 2:1 or above degree (or previous Sales Experience)
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- A passionate, positive, motivating attitude
- Reliably commute to office in Gatwick
