We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to join our clients Digital Strategy. You will lead strategic consulting projects for healthcare and life sciences organisations, using AI-enabled approaches to solve complex business challenges. This role combines client leadership, project delivery, AI-enabled consulting and team mentoring. It is ideal for someone with consulting or life sciences experience who enjoys combining strategic thinking with emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead client relationships and manage projects from scope to delivery.
  • Translate business challenges into clear strategic solutions.
  • Use Generative AI to support research, analysis and content development.
  • Critically review AI outputs to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Deliver multiple projects, managing timelines, resources and risks.
  • Configure and oversee AI-enabled workflows and digital solutions.
  • Mentor Consultants and Analysts, fostering collaboration and development.
  • Identify opportunities to grow client accounts and support proposals.
  • Work closely with strategy, data and technology teams.
  • Contribute to thought leadership and continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills

  • Degree (MBA or MSc desirable).
  • 4 - 6 years of relevant experience.
