The Opportunity
Based in Oxford or London, this role offers the chance to work closely with leading figures in the sector. You’ll be part of one of the largest dedicated life sciences legal teams in the UK, advising an impressive client base that includes:
- Biotech, biopharma, vaccine, and medtech companies
- Fast-growth startups and established multinationals
- Universities, research institutes, and medical research charities
Key Responsibilities
You’ll advise on a broad range of matters, including:
- IP licensing, collaboration, and partnering agreements
- Clinical trial and research arrangements
- Manufacturing, supply, and promotional contracts
- Regulatory advice specific to life sciences
- Data protection and IP strategy
- Due diligence for corporate and commercial transactions
About You
- UK-qualified solicitor with 5+ years PQE
- Background in a private practice, or in-house
- Strong technical grounding in commercial law
- Experience advising life sciences businesses
- Commercially minded and confident handling a diverse workload
