Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of manuscripts, abstracts, posters, congress materials, and publication plans.
  • Partner directly with clients to support strategic publication delivery.
  • Ensure all content is scientifically accurate, compliant, and aligned with medical affairs objectives.
  • Manage complex publication timelines, stakeholder reviews, and author coordination.
  • Mentor junior writers and contribute to wider scientific and business initiatives.
Requirements
  • Advanced life sciences degree (PhD, PharmD, MSc, or equivalent).
  • Strong experience within publications, medical writing, or medical communications.
  • Consultancy or agency experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of publication standards, including ICMJE and GPP guidelines.
  • Excellent scientific writing, client management, and project leadership skills.
