Scientific Director – Medical Communications Fully remote UK with occasional travel for client meetings, conferences and events A specialist, independent medical communications agency is entering an exciting period of growth and is looking to appoint a Scientific Director to join its senior Medical PhD/MD preferred Significant experience within a medical communications agency Strong experience across medical affairs and/or scientific communications Proven ability to develop and lead scientific strategy rather than simply execute individual deliverables Experience managing senior client relationships and leading strategic discussions Experience contributing to pitches, proposals and business development Strong commercial awareness, including understanding of scopes, budgets and resourcing Excellent understanding of relevant industry codes, including ABPI, EFPIA and GPP Experience mentoring, coaching or managing scientific/medical writing teams Excellent communication skills and the credibility to engage confidently with senior clients and scientific experts Why Join?
